NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT
An application has been made to the Vale of Glamorgan Council
for a
REVIEW OF THE PREMISES LICENCE
In respect of the premises shown below.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make
representations in respect of the application which must be
provided, in writing, to the Senior Licensing Officer, Licensing
Section, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road,
Barry, CF63 4RU between the dates shown.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine
for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.

THE GROUNDS FOR THE APPLICATION FOR REVIEW
Evidence exists of the sale and supply to young persons under
the age of 18. Alcohol was sold to those under the age of 18 on
10th March 2007. This is contrary to section 146 of the Licensing
Act 2003 and this conduct places children in the community at risk
and increases the likelihood of crime and disorder in the area.
