(SPITZKOP (PART), LLANTWIT MAJOR)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2006
1. Notice is given that the Vale of Glamorgan Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an Order the general effect of which is described in the Schedule below.
2. Full details of the proposals may be inspected at the address shown below during normal office hours and any objection you may have to this proposal must be submitted to the Head of Visible Services (Ref: ED/CEP/IF508) in writing by 14th December 2006 and must contain the grounds upon which you object.
3.. Persons objecting to the proposed Order are advised that in view of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council is legally obliged to make any comments received in response to the proposed Order open to public inspection.
Except as provided by the proposed Order:-
4. No person, except upon the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden, shall cause or permit a vehicle to wait at any time in the length of road as described in the Schedule below.

On both sides from its junction with Colhugh Street for a distance of 10 metres northwest.
