NOTICE OF MAKING
DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER
SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

THE DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR THE FORMER COUNTY OF SOUTH
GLAMORGAN RELEVANT DATE 14th SEPTEMBER 1954.
THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN COUNCIL DEFINITIVE MAP
MODIFICATION ORDER 2011 (No.DMO/53/378)
The above order made on the 11th day of November 2011, if
confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for
the area by adding a footpath from Pontypridd Road to Millwood,
Porthkerry Country Park.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge
at the address below between 9:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays. Copies
of the order and map may be bought there at a price of £4.50.
Any representation or objection relating to the order must be
sent in writing to the Director of Environmental and Economic
Regeneration, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Docks Officer, Subway
Road, Barry, CF63 4RT not later than 26th January 2012 and
applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is
made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order,
or to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Vale of
Glamorgan Council may, instead of submitting the order to the Welsh
Assembly Government, itself confirm the order. If the order is
submitted to the Welsh Assembly Government, any representations and
objections, which have been duly made and not withdrawn, will be
sent with the order.
