The Council’s One Vale Programme

 

Our OneVale programme has transformed the way that we deliver our services.

 

By putting our customers centre stage and using innovative new technologies, we have been able to improve our services as well as achieving greater efficiencies.

 

Our customers are now able to deal with the council in the way that suits them; whether they prefer to contact us via phone, text messaging, face to face meetings, using our award winning website or even by good old-fashioned letter!

 

Our C1V contact centre (01446 700111) ensures that customers can now access multiple services with just one phone call.

 

The Council recently received a coveted award from the Welsh Local Government Association’s “Excellence Wales” programme in recognition of the work being undertaken by the Council as a demonstration of best practice. The OneVale programme team have produced a short film highlighting the programme’s achievements and challenges and explains how OneVale is transforming the Council to provide you with better services.

 

OneVale continues to transform the way the Council works for customers and staff and its achievements are even more important in these challenging times.
