CCTV assists with four arrests

The CCTV operation in the Vale of Glamorgan, working under the umbrella of the Safer Vale Partnership, assisted with four arrests in the week ending 25 September 2011.

CCTV contacted the police on 22 occasions. On 21 September, one person wanted on a warrant was arrested in Penarth. The same day, another was arrested for possession of drugs and an offensive weapon on Dock View Road in Barry.

On 23 September, one person was arrested for shoplifting and on 25 September, another was arrested for possession with intent to supply. Both of these arrests took place on Holton Road in Barry.

All crimes are alleged at the time of incident.
