Real Radio's ‘World Tour of Wales’ comes to Barry Island
As part of their ‘World Tour of Wales’, Real Radio will be
broadcasting live from Barry Island on Thursday, 19 June.
Breakfast show hosts Tony Wright and Angela Jay will be
live on air from 6am until 10am. Their caravan will be parked on
the triangle in front of the tourist information centre so why not
pop along and say hello. If you can’t be there, you can listen to
all the fun on 105 to 106 FM.
Claire Evans, the Vale of Glamorgan Council's tourism marketing
manager, said: "We are delighted that Real Radio have included
Barry Island in their itinerary, and hopefully it will encourage
lots of listeners to visit."
Vale Council cabinet member for tourism and leisure Cllr Anthony
Ernest said: "It’s great to see Real Radio at Barry Island at the
start of what we hope will be a wonderful summer."
