Opening times for Barry car parks - 28/11/06
The Vale of Glamorgan Council has announced the opening times of
its Barry town car parks during the month of December to provide
ample free parking for Christmas shoppers.
The Court Road multi-storey car park will be open to the public
between 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 4.30pm on
Sundays but, in the immediate run up to Christmas, hours of
operation will change to reflect the opening times of traders.
The amended opening hours during the Christmas/New Year period
for the multi-storey car park will be: Saturday, 23 December, 9am
to 6pm; Sunday, 24 December (Christmas Eve), 10am to 4.30pm;
Monday, 25 December (Christmas Day) and Tuesday, 26 December
(Boxing Day), closed; Wednesday, 27 December, Thursday, 28
December, and Friday, 29 December, 7am to 7pm; Saturday, 30
December, 9am to 6pm; Sunday, 31 December, 10am to 4.30pm; Monday,
1 January (Bank Holiday), closed, and Tuesday, 2 January, open as
usual
The newly reopened Wyndham Street car park will be open between
9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4.30pm on
Sundays.
The Kendrick Road and Evans Street car parks will continue to
open as usual from 9.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Saturday) during
December and, together with the Wyndham Street car park, will be
left open for public use during the Christmas/New Year period.
