Vale's CASH grants to local councils - 24/11/06
Three of the area’s community councils are to benefit from CASH
handouts by the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
The Community Action Self Help (CASH) Scheme provides local
councils with an opportunity to undertake capital schemes – up to a
cost of £15,000 – of their choice.
Council Leader Cllr Jeffrey James, said: “This scheme is an
important feature of our efforts to work in partnership with town
and community councils and to target resources to all communities
within the Vale.”
