We care about business in the Vale of Glamorgan and are very
aware that the way we provide our services can affect your business
profits.
We recognise that successful businesses contribute a great deal
to the welfare of the local community and that the needs of
businesses are different from those of individual
residents.
Grants - Holton Road
Special grants are to be made available towards the external
improvement of buildings in the centre of Barry.
Certain criteria will need to be met to gain grant approval, and
funding will only be available to undertake high quality
improvement works.
The area identified for the grants is from the Court Road
multi-storey car park down to the Gladstone Bridge roundabout, and
council officers will visit businesses in the forthcoming weeks
with further information.

The Vale business Club
The Vale business club is
all about developing business and businesses in the Vale of
Glamorgan.
Through networking, workshops and seminars business
owners and managers can create business opportunities, solve
problems, share general business advice or even learn best practice
skills in a relaxed and informal environment.
The Vale Business Club will celebrate Christmas with a
lunch-time social event to be held at the West House Country Hotel,
Llantwit Major on Thursday, 13 December.
