How to Apply

Each licence, permit and registration page holds the relevant information on the application process, conditions, consultation periods, time frames for determination, useful contacts and more.

They also hold three options for you to make application.

1. Application, attachments and payment can be made online by clicking on the link and using the Welsh Assembly Government “Flexible Support for Business” (fs4b) pages. This will require you to have a Government Gateway username and password.

2. Application forms are available for completion online in Word format, but will then need to be printed. Any attachments and fee will need to be sent with the application to the relevant department by hand / post.

3. Application forms can be downloaded in a pdf format for completion by hand. Again any attachments and   fees will need to be sent with the application to the relevant department by hand / post.

Government Gateway will provide you with a username and password to enable you to use the online application processes.

UK Welcomes Business Link will enable you to make application with any Authority within the UK online. This site will also provide you with free business advice and support.
