The Vale of Glamorgan Council owns more than 80 small workshops
and offices ranging in size from 10 sq metres to over 128 sq metres
(100 to 1300 sq ft) over two sites in and around Barry. Easy-in,
easy-out short term leases are available.
Workshops and offices are available at the BSC at the Innovation
Quarter for start-up businesses, expanding businesses and for
inward-investors.
Workshops and some small offices are available for all
businesses at the Vale Enterprise Centre.
If we are unable to satisfy your requirements with suitable
accommodation in Council-owned premises we will conduct a property
search on your behalf. We hold details of vacant privately-owned
offices and industrial properties. Contact us with your specific
requirements.
Land:
We hold details of Brownfield and Greenfield plots which are
allocated for employment use in the Vale of Glamorgan. If you have
a requirement for land please contact us and we can put you in
touch with the appropriate landowner/s.
