Workshops and Starter Units
One of the many ways in which the Vale of Glamorgan Council
helps local businesses is by providing workshop units for start-up
and small businesses. In September 2006, The Business Service
Centre opened to provide workshop units for units for new,
fledgling and high growth local businesses.
Small workshop units
The Council owns and manages approximately 80 small workshop
units located on two sites in Barry and Sully:
- Units are available on easy-in, easy-out terms
- Competitive rentals
- We require an initial payment of a legal fee and a
deposit.
