BSC at the Innovation Quarter
The BSC is a new concept for the Vale providing office and
workshop units for new start, rapidly expanding local businesses
and inward investors.
There are eight workshops of forty-eight and ninety-seven
square metres (523 and 1045 square feet) and fifteen offices
of twenty-one and forty-three square metres (226 and 463 square
feet).
On site meeting rooms, a conference room and reception service are
available to tenants.
Business support services are also available on site.
