Workshops and Starter Units

One of the many ways in which the Vale of Glamorgan Council helps local businesses is by providing workshop units for start-up and small businesses. You can choose from the flagship centre, the BSC, based on the Innovation Quarter at Barry Waterfront or the Vale Enterprise Centre in Hayes Road, Sully.

Small workshop units

The Council owns and manages approximately 80 small workshop units located on two sites in Barry and Sully:

• Units are available on easy-in, easy-out terms
• Competitive rentals
• We require an initial payment of a legal fee and a deposit.
