Business Service Centre at the Innovation Quarter
The BSC is the Council's flagship centre for providing office
and workshop units for new start, rapidly expanding local
businesses and inward investors. It is located on Barry
Waterfront's Innovation Quarter (IQ) adjacent to the historic
former hydraulic pumphouse and newly opened West Quays Medical
Centre.
There are eight workshops of forty-eight and ninety-seven
square metres (523 and 1045 square feet) and fifteen offices
of twenty-one and forty-three square metres (226 and 463 square
feet).
On site meeting rooms, a conference room and relaxing break out space
together with kitchen facilities are available to tenants.

Business support services are also available on site. The
Local Enterprise Agency, Business in Focus has a full time Business
Advisor on site and the Welsh Assembly Government's Flexible
Support for Business (FS4B) offer client meetings on a
flexible basis.
