Know your rights
Trading Standards in the Vale of Glamorgan offer a free advice
service for all residents, should something go wrong with a good or
service that you buy. Similarly, if you require a talk or education
package on your rights when buying goods or services, the Vale’s
Trading Standards Department will try to accommodate you.
