Education 2015
The education service has to be clear and confident about its
own vision, the values we hope to reflect in our work, the purposes
of our service, our priorities and their associated outcomes.
The effectiveness, efficiency and development of our service will
depend on that common understanding.
In preparing this document we have been fortunate to gain from the
considered views of children and young people, our staff,
headteachers, elected members, governors and members of the
Children and Young People's Partnership.
