Changes to UK Food Safety Legislation in 2006

Food Safety legislation in the UK changed on 1st January 2006.

Article 5 of Regulation (EC) 852/2004, states that: Food business operators shall put into place, implement and maintain a permanent procedure based on the principles of hazard analysis critical control points (HACCP).
