Facilities for Lifelong Learning in Libraries
If you want to learn something different or
improve your existing skills, why not join us for a taster session
where we offer fun, friendly and informal learning with experienced
tutors at many of our Libraries.
Computers in Libraries
All our Libraries offer adults (2 hours per
day) Under 16 (1 hour) free Internet access to enable you to search
for information and study on-line. Library Staff are on
hand to assist when using the computers.
Courses
If you need to gain a qualification or brush
up your skills, we have access to information on courses and where
to get guidance on learning and work.
We offer computer taster sessions in most
branches. Contact your local library for further information.
These are very popular so please be sure to book a place.
A Saturday morning/Monday evening ECDL workshop is held at
County
Library, Barry once a month, for further information please
