The Local Action Group (LAG)

The Local Action Group consists of a group of local people who make the all-important decisions about where funding from Creative Rural Communities can make the most difference to local people’s lives.

Applications for support are carefully considered by the Local Action Group (LAG), which is also responsible for day-to-day decision-making and implementation of the strategy set out by the partnership. The Local Action Group (LAG)

The Local Development Strategy (LDS)

The Local Development Strategy has been designed to specifically address a number of 'key challenges' to the rural area which were highlighted during the LDS review.
