Course Description

Drawing and Painting Various Mediums

Call Vale Courses 01446 773831 to book your place.

A course for a ‘a little bit of everything’ suitable for all levels of ability with gradual and complete instructions every step of the way for each project.

The course will cover practices using various media i.e. pencil, charcoal, pastel, watercolour, acrylic, pen and ink that vary from term to term.

You will be sent regular information via email for the medium and theme, prior to each project. Each project will begin with a drawing and exploring techniques session to prepare you for creating the artwork theme.

The Online Zoom Classes begin with ‘greeting and introductions’ followed by a short pre-made demonstration video for the session.

The Zoom session will then continue with step-by-step instructions, to be followed by you. There will be time to create and reflect on your progress, with the tutor and each other.

A short break will take place halfway through for 10mins, which will give you time to chat with each other and grab a cupper.

Zoom sessions will be recorded for you to revisit with a private link to YouTube for everyone who attends the session. You will be given the option to turn off your video prior to recording if you do not wish to be recorded.

Demonstration videos are made to accompany the Zoom sessions and are available as a permanent resource from the tutor’s YouTube channel and Website pages.

You will be provided a ZOOM Invitation and resources links to the website and YouTube channel in an introduction emails prior to the beginning of the course.

By joining the group you agree to-

Not sharing Zoom Details or Youtube links of the recorded sessions to anyone.

Be polite and kind to others and Yourself.
