Eligible applicants will: 

• Be a first time buyer
• Be able to raise a mortgage for the value of the property 
• Have access to a deposit; usually 5-15% of the property value  
• Have a local connection to Rhoose 
• Register with Aspire2own 

 

Priority will be given to applicants who meet the criteria in the Local Lettings Policy. Please detail how you meet the criteria of this policy clearly in your application form.
