Due to ongoing operational pressures C1V is temporarily changing its working hours and will be open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This will allow more resources to be concentrated around busiest times and maximise service it provides to residents. Outside of these times residents will still be able to contact the service for emergencies. Thank you for your understanding and patience while we recruit and train additional resources and return to normal working.
From 01 April 2023, the Alps Reception will be permanently closed. Members of the public will no longer have access to the Alps from this date.
