We are looking at ways to develop the service and welcome ideas from residents of the Vale of Glamorgan.


About the Telecare Service

TeleV offers a range of services and devices which use technology to enable vulnerable people to live with greater independence and safety in their own home.


If an alarm is raised, the 24-hour (7-day a week) monitoring service staff will contact a relative, neighbour or the emergency services to summons help.

We want to consider whether our Telecare service (TeleV, TeleV+ and VCAS) meets the needs of individuals, their carers and families, therefore it would be incredibly beneficial to us if you could answer a few questions.
