Join Natalie Snuggs, Meditation & Mindfulness teacher (MSc., P.G.C.E., Dip.BSoM., DipHb(KG), S.A.C. Dip (Professional Hypnotherapy)) for a day of mindfulness practice, including ACT based Mindful Movement. This is an experiential workshop where you will have the chance to practice various lengths and types of meditation that will not only provide you with some respite but will also leave you with a selection of practices for the future. Using techniques proven to reduce stress and promote well-being, these practices are suitable for all levels of experience.
If you are under the care of the mental health team or have bipolar, depression, schizophrenia or epilepsy please seek medical advice before attending and do contact Natalie if you need any information on this.
Equipment List:
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, yoga mat and blanket if required for your comfort. Meditations and movements can be practiced seated on a chair if preferred.
