Hazel Lily Yoga helps bring blissful peace and calm to our busy 'on-the-go' lives through a series of gentle yoga movements, traditional yoga postures, yogic breathing, mindfulness and relaxing yoga practices for a happier, healthier body, mind, and soul.
‘Namaste - My name is Hazel. I've been a yoga practitioner for over 13 years and graduated from yoga teacher training in 2019. I love sharing my passion for authentic yoga and its many amazing benefits with the world! I adopt a holistic approach to yoga, helping people find their inner peace strengthening the mind, body, and soul. Through the yogic practice I help bring about a blissful sense of calm helping us slow down, pause, and breathe in our often very busy lives.
Beginners are very much welcome in my gentle nurturing yoga classes. I ensure a traditional hatha yoga step-by-step approach is taken throughout my teachings meaning they are open and accessible to all levels.’
