Join Natalie Snuggs, Meditation & Mindfulness teacher (MSc., P.G.C.E., Dip.BSoM., DipHb(KG), S.A.C. Dip (Professional Hypnotherapy)) for a day’s mindfulness practice including guided and silent sitting meditations, and mindful movement.
Not only will you enjoy a day’s retreat, but you will also leave with a selection of practices for the future. Using techniques proven to reduce stress and promote well-being, these practices are suitable for all levels of experience.
