Trouble sleeping? Join Natalie Snuggs (MSc., DipBSoM, DipHb(KG), S.A.C. Dip.,) experienced meditation & mindfulness teacher, to explore how to enjoy longer, better quality sleep.
In this workshop we will learn about the science of Mindfulness and sleep, explore some of the barriers preventing us from sleeping well, including how the pandemic has affected all our sleep patterns, learn how to de-stress and practice some easy to learn exercises to start improving your sleep right away.
(N.B. not suitable for sleep apnoea)
