Keep Fit 55+ offers learners the opportunity to exercise and to tone and strengthen their body. Exercise enables learners to keep mobility and also promotes relaxation. Learners will build up strength and fitness levels over the duration of the course and will be encouraged to maintain an exercise/fitness regime. Learners tend to develop a feeling of wellbeing.
