This course will take place online via Zoom.
Come and explore the many different forms of meditation and the link with Mindfulness.
Experience some of the different types of meditation and learn about the development of the practices.
Experienced British School of Meditation teacher, Natalie, will guide you through the different techniques and answer questions such as ‘What is meditation / mindfulness?’ ‘What is the scientific evidence that it is beneficial?’ ‘What is the best method?’ Suitable for beginners or anyone wishing to further support their personal or professional life, or those of their clients.
N.B. Meditation is safe and effective for most people and is an effective stress management tool. However, if you are under supervision by a mental health team or suffer from any of the following contraindications: Clinical
Depression, Bipolar, Epilepsy or Schizophrenia, you should seek the advice of
your GP before undertaking a meditation course or session.
