Oracle Fusion: Submission of Mileage Claims Update

Oracle Fusion is now live!

By now, most of you should have received your welcome email & username. Don’t worry if not, we are still in the process of sending out the final emails.

The Oracle Fusion team has received a few emails relating to issues with logging mileage claims for journeys prior to 7 March 2023 via the new system.

Please note that the team are aware of the issue.

So what’s the solution?

1. If Mileage relates to journeys that took place in either January, February or the first week of March – input the claim on Oracle Fusion with a date of 7th March 2023 with a breakdown of the actual dates included in the description field or as a spreadsheet attachment.

2. If Mileage relates to earlier period than e.g., claim was for a journey that took place in December 2022 – please email Internal Audit prior to submitting the claim (copying in a chief officer/senior manager) for approval, attaching the Audit response email to the claim as per above.

3. Please note that all claims for journeys that take place on or after 7th March can be submitted via Oracle Fusion as per the training materials. Link to Training: Course Oracle Fusion iExpenses

Additionally, issues regarding iprocurement have now been resolved and orders can now be submitted. Please check with your suppliers to ensure orders have been received and not gone to a junk or spam folder.

Thanks,

The Oracle Fusion Team.
