Prevent Duty Training

Welcome to Prevent Duty Training

Prevent is part of your safeguarding responsibilities, helping to protect people from a range of harms such as substance abuse, gang involvement, and exploitation. It is also a key part of the UK government’s counter-terrorism strategy, CONTEST.

Why is this important?

Radicalisation can happen anywhere, and early intervention can help protect vulnerable individuals. This training will give you the knowledge and tools to recognise risks and take appropriate action.
