New online payslip portal now live

Epay

All employees with work e-mail addresses or those that have provided personal e-mail addresses will have now recieved a Welcome e-mail to log in and view their payslips.

Access Epay

You will need your employee number to sign into the site.  This is not included in the email for security reasons. You will be asked to change your password and choose a security question and answer.

Letters will be sent to all staff that do not have a work email and have not provided a personal email address.  The letter will contain the temporary password and details of how to log into the portal.

Once logged into the system, staff can add an e-mail address or amend the email address already in the system through the My Account details page.

What is Epay?

E-pay is an online portal where all Vale Council employees can view their payslips.

The portal provides a secure way of receiving your payslip and one that will get it to you in a more timely manner.  You will be able to:

  • View your payslip up to three days before pay day;

  • Save and print your payslips from the portal;

  • Access them at any time from any device that can connect to the internet.

The transition to online payslips will come into effect for all employees in 2020. There is no change to the date you will be paid.  The move will help us:

  • Manage your pay information in a more secure way;

  • Improve administration efficiency;

  • Reduce the use of paper and make the process more environmentally friendly.
