Our Family Information Service want your feedback!
Our Family Information service is inviting service users and staff to complete a short survey about this year’s summer edition Index Newsletter.
The Index is funded by Families First and administered by the Vale Family Information Service.
The Index Officer provides a specialist platform within the service to provide information and guidance to families of children and young people (0-18years) with a disability, additional needs or emerging needs.
Through completing a registration form, families sign up to the Index until their child turns 18 or they move out of area and start to receive the Index newsletter twice-yearly and regular ebulletins to keep them connected to activities and services of support in the Vale of Glamorgan.
The Index has over 1000 families signed up to the Index and the data we collect at registration and via reviews enables us to showcase a clearer picture of need in the Vale and this helps providers improve local activities and services where gaps are identified.
Having recently published this year’s Summer edition, the team want feedback from staff and residents on its format, content and accessibility.
