Find colleagues using MS Delve

The Phonebook application on StaffNet has been replaced by MS Delve.

All of the staff details currently available in the Phonebook will be available in Delve, along with much more.

Delve allows you to search for a colleagues’ information, your own documents, and any documents that have been shared with you.

You can search for using their name, skills, projects they are working on, or any other information they have added to their profile.

Once you’ve found a colleague, as well as seeing their telephone numbers, Delve will give you links for Teams messaging, Teams calls, and email so you can make contact in whatever way works best for you.

All colleagues’ basic details have already been populated in Delve. If you’d like to share more about your role and what you are working on to help colleagues find your information then you can do so now. As with the old Phonebook application, individual users are responsible for managing their own profile.

Using Delve will be just as straightforward as using the Phonebook you’ll just search for them in MS Delve instead.
