New Digital Project Support Request Process Launching

We’re excited to announce a new process to help colleagues request support for digital projects

Whether you're exploring a new idea, need help delivering a digital solution, or want to align your work with wider digital priorities, this process will help ensure your project gets the right input at the right time.

Why the change?

This new approach will help us better coordinate digital work across the organisation, make informed decisions, and ensure resources are used effectively.

How it works – Simple 4-Step Guide

  1. Complete the Request Form
    Share your idea or project by filling out the digital support request form

  2. Initial Review
    Your request will be reviewed and a member of the team will be in touch to clarify our understanding. A playbook is avilable to help you know more about that to expect

  3. Digital Board Discussion
    The Digital Board meets regularly to review all incoming requests and discuss how they fit into the wider pipeline

  4. Decision & Next Steps
    You’ll receive feedback on whether support can be provided, when it might happen, or alternative suggestions if it’s not something we can take forward right now.
