Book your place on the Citizens Advice Q&A

There’s still time to book your place on the upcoming Citizens Advice Q&A session taking place on 29 January 2026, 12 - 1pm.

This session is ideal for colleagues who support residents with benefits, debt, housing issues or cost of living pressures. It’s also a valuable opportunity to learn more about the confidential advice and support available to you and your family.

By attending, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of when and how to refer residents to Citizens Advice, and how we can work more effectively together to make sure people get the right help at the right time. The session will also highlight the range of support Citizens Advice can offer directly to staff.

You can expect a straightforward overview of Citizens Advice services, practical guidance you can use straight away in your role, and a short Q&A at the end. If you’d prefer to ask something anonymously, you can submit your question in advance. After the session, you’ll receive the slides, useful links and a one-page signposting guide to keep for future reference.

If your role involves supporting residents, or you simply want to know what support is available personally, this session is for you.

Spaces are limited, so book your place now.
