School Flu Vaccine Clinic

A Nasal Spray Flu Vaccine catch-up clinic will take place on 09 January 2023 for those children that may have missed their vaccination at school.

The clinic will take place at Woodland House MVC, Maes-y-coed Rd, Cardiff CF14 4HH.

Appointments are available between 1pm and 5pm. To book an appointment, please complete an online consent form that you will already have received via email from the school. Once complete, you will receive an email inviting you to book an appointment.
