Pool Car Arrangements Over the Christmas Period

Due to the Christmas holidays and building closures, we will be operating the same pool car arrangements as previous festive periods.

From 25 December to 4 January, the Alps will be the only location where pool cars can be collected and returned.
This is because 24-hour security is in place at the Alps, while all other sites will be closed.

Please note:

• No electric vehicles will be available during this period, due to charging issues and the lack of onsite staff to support the next user.

• All pool cars must be returned to the Alps depot after use.

• A booking form must be submitted before using a vehicle.

• Staff must present their ID when collecting a car.

Normal pool car access at all locations will resume from Monday 5 January.
