Staffnet is Getting a Makeover – Coming Soon

We’re excited to share an update on the development of our new intranet site, which will be moving to SharePoint early in the new year. 

The move to SharePoint is all about making Staffnet work better for you. Here’s what you can expect: 

• A modern look and feel – fresh design aligned with our Vale 2030 vision. 

• Improved navigation – making it easier to find what you need, when you need it. 

• Better content management – ensuring pages and documents stay accurate and up to date. 

• Streamlined experience – helping everyone work smarter and faster. 

The new site will have helpful features. For example, a stronger search tool that finds both documents and pages. Some pages will let you like or comment on content, such as news stories. 

Work is progressing well, and the new site is shaping up beautifully. Recently, we asked for your ideas for a new name, and when the votes came in, the result was clear – over 60% of you voted to keep the name Staffnet. So that’s exactly what we’re doing!

We have been working closely with current editors to ensure pages that are moving across to the new site are up to date and as easy to navigate as possible, using plain language.  

We’re aiming to launch the new Staffnet early in the new year, so watch this space for more updates soon.
