Help Us Name Our New AI Policy Assistant

Our Digital Team is working to develop an exciting new AI-powered policy assistant and we want your help naming it!

This tool will transform the way we find and understand Council policies. Instead of trawling through  documents, staff will soon be able to simply ask a question and the AI will do the rest:

• Locate the most relevant Council policy or guidance
• Explain the information clearly and in plain language
• Help draft emails using the information provided

It’s designed to save time and help everyone feel more confident navigating policies and procedures.

This project is a great example of trying out new tools and better ways of working to make our day-to-day jobs easier, more consistent, and more efficient.

Here is a sneak peak at how it looks and works.

Name the tool

We’re looking for a smart, catchy name (think beyond “Policy Buddy” - that one is already taken).

Keep it professional but fun - no cringey ‘AI McAI face’, please!
