It’s Cycle to Work Day: Boost Your Confidence with Free Online Sessions!

03 July 2025

Cycle to Work Day is all about celebrating cycling as a healthy, environmentally-friendly way to commute. Here at the Vale of Glamorgan Council, we’re trying to make it easier than ever for staff to get back on their bikes.

Whether it’s a weekend ride in the park or you’re considering an occasional ride to work, cycling can be a great a way to enjoy the outdoors, save money, and it provides great health benefits too.

We’re teaming up with Sustrans, the UK charity for walking, wheeling and cycling, to offer free online cycle confidence sessions exclusively for Vale of Glamorgan Council staff and PSB Partners.

The short sessions will be split across two dates and will cover slightly different things – you are welcome to join either or both!
