Volunteers needed: Mock interview day at Whitmore High School

We’re looking for up to 15 colleagues to take part in a mock interview day at Whitmore High School on Wednesday 2nd July 2025.

This is a great opportunity for:

• Managers to use and develop their interviewing skills
• Staff interested in building confidence for future management roles
• Anyone who wants to support and inspire local young people

You will need to be available between 8:40am and 2:40pm, for Year 12 interviews in the morning and Year 10 interviews in the afternoon.

You’ll be provided with sample questions and are welcome to bring your own style to the interviews. Our HR Lifecycle team will be on hand during the event for support.
