It’s Almost National Safeguarding Week
29 October 2025
With National Safeguarding Week fast approaching on the 10th – 14th November, there are lots of events for staff to get involved in.
This week is an opportunity for staff to come together and raise awareness of important safeguarding issues, learn best practices and to share knowledge and learn from others.
National Safeguarding Week is a week-long campaign in Wales that aims to raise awareness and provide training on safeguarding issues.
Safeguarding involves protecting children and adults from abuse, neglect, and other harm, and preventing them from becoming at risk.
This year’s theme is Child Sexual Abuse, which encourages us to share our knowledge of safeguarding, learn from others and ultimately create safer cultures.
