HR message to colleagues - Epay

Important Update: Epay Access Ending on 1 April 2026

Dear colleagues,

This is to let you know that from 1 April, Epay will no longer be available for staff to access pay information or end of year documents such as P60s.

E‑Pay was the previous payslip system used from January 2020 to March 2023, and therefore contains just over 3 years of payslip records.

All payslips, pay details, and future pay documents are available to all colleagues through Fusion, which can be accessed on any device, whether you’re using a work computer, personal laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. Fusion now holds 3 years of payslip information.

If you need to download or view any payinformation currently stored on Epay (prior to April 2023, when Fusion was introduced), please make sure you do so before 31 March, as access will be removed after that point.
