Staffnet is now Live!

We're really pleased to share that our brand-new StaffNet is now live — a major milestone delivered in a short timeframe thanks to the dedication, creativity and hard work of our project team and our incredible network of content editors. 

This new site has been built with all colleagues in mind, and you’ll notice straight away that it’s been designed to be: 

• Easier to navigate – so you can find what you need, when you need it 
• Simpler to keep up to date – helping teams share information quickly and clearly 
• Better aligned with our Vale 2030 priorities – supporting our focus on community, sustainability and organisational resilience 
• More efficient for everyone to use – saving time and helping us work smarter 

This is a really exciting step forward for us as an organisation. StaffNet is one of the tools that connects us, supports our services, and reflects who we are. The new design brings a fresh, modern feel alongside stronger functionality — all of which will continue to evolve as we grow and improve together. 

We would encourage everyone to take a look around, explore the new layout and features, and start getting comfortable with the updated structure. Your feedback will continue to shape how StaffNet develops over the coming months.
