Exciting Changes to Recruitment Across the Council and Schools

We're delighted to announce that our TalentLink Recruitment system will be retired at the end of this year and replaced by the Oracle Fusion Recruitment module.

This is an exciting step forward, giving us a fully integrated recruitment solution within Oracle and creating a more streamlined experience for hiring managers, candidates and HR teams.

As part of this transition, we'll be taking the opportunity to help managers think differently about how we recruit and assess candidates. Together, we'll explore new approaches that help us identify the skills, capabilities and potential needed to build the workforce of the future.

We'll be in touch soon with colleagues across the Council and Schools to introduce the project team and share how you can get involved in shaping this important change.
