To help Contact OneVale plan ahead and reduce unnecessary follow up queries to service teams, we need to know about any upcoming campaigns or communications that may lead to an increase in enquiries.
Please let us know if you are planning activity such as:

Launching a new service

Making changes to how a service is delivered

Sending bulk emails or letters (for example, payment requests)

Running social media campaigns

Any other activity that could increase calls or emails
Having this information in advance helps us make sure the Contact Centre is properly prepared and able to respond to enquiries effectively.
