The Dwelling Place - "Where it's ok not to be ok"

Where: A wellbeing cafe at Dinas Powys Library and Activity Centre, CF64 4QU. Hosted by Dinas Powys Baptist Church. 

When: Thursdays, 10am - 12pm.

Walk and Talk 

If you’re able to, you could organise a socially distanced lunchtime walk and talk with a colleague, friends or family to get outside and have conversations.
