The Easter Bunny has visited the Vale this week

Colin and Wendy Smith have delivered Easter Eggs to the Parks, Waste and Cleansing Teams

Last Friday Colin and Wendy Smith decided to deliver lunch packs to the waste and recycling teams before they started their shift to thank them for their continued hard work during an unprecedented time. 
 
The teams were then greeted with thank you messages and drawings from residents when they collected their waste and recycling.


 Colin Smith aka Easter BunnyThis week they have once again delivered breakfast rolls to the teams at Court Road Depot before they started their shifts.

As it's the Easter bank holiday weekend and the teams will be working on Good Friday and Easter Monday, Colin and Wendy also delivered Easter Eggs on behalf of the Neighbourhood Services and Transport Management Team.

Colin Smith is the Operational Manager for Neighbourhood Services, responsible for parks, cleansing and waste. 

Commenting on Colin and Wendy's efforts Rob Thomas, Managing Director, said:

"This is a fantastic gesture and it is wonderful to see everyone pulling together during a difficult time. We should all be very proud of our front line staff as we continue to deliver vital services during this ongoing crisis. Well done to all."
